Position Overview
Join a
large multispecialty practice
with 32 providers and 12 specialties/subspecialties
Split schedule:
2.5 days
in outpatient clinic
2 days
providing nursing home care
Work within a
Patient-Centered Medical Home
NHSC-approved site ( loan repayment eligible ) Team includes
Physician, NP, and RN
EMR:
EPIC (system-wide integration)
