A contract opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school setting located in Lewiston, ME. This role involves working directly with children to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver ABA therapy services in accordance with individualized treatment plans
Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors
Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and other school staff to optimize interventions
Maintain compliance with all ethical and professional standards for RBTs
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications and Experience:
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Experience working in school or educational settings preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow detailed behavior intervention plans with fidelity
Reliable, professional, and passionate about supporting children's behavioral growth
