Seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school setting located in Cheyenne, WY. This contract position offers an opportunity to apply your skills in behavior analysis while working collaboratively with educators and clinical teams to improve student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and accurately document data on student behaviors and progress
Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction
Collaborate with educators, families, and clinicians to ensure consistent intervention strategies
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Desired Qualifications:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings preferred
Strong communication and observational skills
