Hello:.
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized professional Residential Household Manager to maintain the home on our multiple acre property.
The household consists of only 2 professional people, our children are grown.
Your responsibilities include cleaning, groceries (Instacart) laundry, some cooking (from Hello Fresh or similar box), some gardening and more. All in a somewhat formal setting; as you are
required to wear a logoed shirt.
We are looking to hire that special person to help create and maintain the household, someone who takes enormous pride in being part of this very special property. Someone who loves
animals as there are plenty of them :) (7 cats, 5 dogs (outside), a miniature horse and chickens).
The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for creating a welcoming, efficient, and well-maintained home. You will serve as the primary point of contact for household operations, delivering personalized service that exceeds expectations and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
We are looking for a long term commitment; and as your responsibilities/capabilities grow so
will your salary.
We need a person who is pro active, meticulous person who pays attention to
every detail!
Medical benefits can be made available after one year
Pay starts at $21 hourly, this job requires you to be here from 9:30am–5pm Mon through Friday.
Can you meet that schedule consistently?
Qualifications
● Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality roles with strong skills.
● Proficient computer skills
● Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced
environment.
● Personal assistance
● Strong background in cleaning, laundry management, cooking, and overall property
upkeep.
● Previous experience in hotel, restaurant or property management is highly desirable.
● Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach
● Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail across multiple
responsibilities.
● CPR qualification and nursing experience appreciated
Are you able to provide 3 professional and 3 personal references who can speak to your reliability?
Since this role involves driving a company-provided vehicle and handling household errands, a
valid North Carolina driver's license and a clean driving record as well as a clean criminal record are required. Are you able to send me a copy of your valid drivers license please?
