About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Fundraising to spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive fundraising strategies that are in line with the organization's mission and goals. The successful candidate will be tasked with cultivating and maintaining relationships with major donors, leading a high-performing fundraising team, and ensuring that all fundraising efforts comply with relevant regulations and best practices. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and sustainability of the organization, and the VP of Fundraising will be expected to represent the company at various events to raise awareness and support.

Applicants for the VP of Fundraising position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in fundraising, with a preference for those who have worked with faith-based organizations. A proven track record in securing major gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations is essential. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and planning skills, as well as proficiency in CRM systems and other fundraising technology. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be passionate about the organization's mission, and hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree being preferred.
