The Job:

As the Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Housekeeping and Engineering departments of the hotel. The Operations Coordinator must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

* Process invoices for Housekeeping and Engineering
* Champion Alice system, our guest request program
* Coordinate projects
* Log and follow up on guest requests
* Support reservations team

To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on creating experiences and multi-tasking. This role requires skills such as patience, empathy, efficiency and a desire to work in, and provide, a clean environment.

Requirements

* Refined verbal and written communication skills
* Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout the property, including back-of-house and outdoor areas
* Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally
* Ability to bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull as needed to support operational tasks
* Ability to climb stairs and access various levels of the property
* Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods of time
* Manual dexterity to operate office equipment, computers, and handheld devices
* Ability to visually review documents, computer screens, and work orders with attention to detail
* Ability to respond quickly to operational needs in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings
* Ability to tolerate moderate noise levels typical of hotel operation
