About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for IT Infrastructure to lead strategic initiatives that ensure the scalability, resilience, and compliance of the IT environment, particularly within a dynamic hybrid work setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing data center operations with a strong focus on disaster recovery readiness and operational excellence. This role involves managing vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs to align with organizational goals and regulatory standards, as well as directing IT infrastructure projects to meet business priorities and budgets. The VP will also be tasked with maintaining IT asset lifecycle governance, ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory standards, and strategically utilizing external IT resources.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 10 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, including a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles. The role requires proficiency in data center operations, vendor contract management, and risk assessments, as well as a strong understanding of IT controls, audit requirements, and regulatory expectations. The ideal candidate will be adept at system capacity planning, performance monitoring, and optimization, and will have a proven track record in leading infrastructure-related projects. Experience in managing external consultants, contractors, and service providers is essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively on multiple projects.
