Job Summary:
The Busser supports hospitality operations by maintaining clean, organized dining and event areas during audit-related functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless guest experience by assisting servers, resetting tables, and upholding service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for hospitality events, meetings, or meals during audit assignments
Ensure consistent availability of clean tableware, linens, and service supplies
Support servers by delivering water, condiments, and additional items to guests as needed
Monitor cleanliness of floors, furniture, and service stations, taking corrective action when necessary
Coordinate with the hospitality team to ensure timely service and smooth event flow
Assist in transporting food and beverage supplies between service areas when needed
Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in all work areas
Qualifications:

Good communication and teamwork skills
Attention to cleanliness, organization, and guest comfort
Ability to lift, carry, and move light to moderate loads safely
Familiarity with basic hospitality and dining service procedures
