About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Operations for its field engineering services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a group of offices in the Midwest and west coast, with a focus on engineering, safety, and sales. This role requires a leader with a strong engineering background, either as a practitioner or in a leadership capacity, to effectively manage the operations and drive growth in the region. The VP of Operations will be tasked with managing a large territory of directors, who in turn lead field managers, and must have the ability to manage a P&L of over $100m. While not mandatory, an MBA is highly preferred for this position.

The ideal candidate for the VP of Operations role at the company will have an engineering undergraduate degree and a proven track record in a similar leadership position. The role is pivotal in the organization, acting as a catalyst for growth and development within the business units. The candidate should be prepared to take on the challenge of a region with a significant P&L and be capable of generating meaningful growth. Experience in managing a large team and a strong understanding of the engineering, safety, and sales aspects of the business are essential.
