About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead its financial and operational strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with executive leadership to drive scalable growth, overseeing financial planning, reporting, and compliance, and managing end-to-end supply chain operations. This role requires the development and retention of high-performing teams, championing the adoption of technology and analytics, and serving as the primary liaison with private equity sponsors and external advisors. The CFO/COO will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with trade and supply chain regulations, driving initiatives for margin improvement, and expense reduction to increase equity value.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in finance and operations within high-growth consumer businesses. The role demands proven expertise in supply chain management, multi-channel fulfillment, and experience in VC- or PE-backed environments. A strong command of ERP systems, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and a tech-savvy approach to leveraging analytics for business improvement are essential. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative leadership style, high integrity, and a focus on driving operational efficiency.
