About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Counsel with a focus on toxic tort and product liability defense. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking the lead on toxic tort defense matters, managing all aspects of the litigation process including discovery, motions, depositions, and expert work, and preparing cases for trial. This role also involves mentoring and supervising junior attorneys, as well as working closely with partners and clients to develop and execute case strategies. The ideal candidate should be a seasoned litigator with a minimum of 8 years' experience in toxic tort or a strong willingness to learn, and must have a proven track record of trial experience. The position requires the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and the candidate must be admitted to the California Bar and reside in the state.
