About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Fund Finance to take the lead in fund finance operations, encompassing accounting, investment structuring, and treasury management for a diverse range of portfolios. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving these activities in a dynamic environment, ensuring compliance and precision in financial processes through collaboration with external auditors, fund administrators, and tax professionals. Key duties include analyzing Limited Partner Agreements, overseeing the preparation of financial statements in line with US GAAP and IFRS standards, managing offshore investment structuring, and developing and monitoring annual budgets. The role also involves supervising external fund administrators, managing fund audits, and coordinating with investment teams and auditors to uphold process integrity.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, a CPA license, and a minimum of 6-8 years' of relevant experience, with a preference for those with Big-Four exposure. A strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and fund accounting principles is essential, as is proficiency in financial analysis and investment structuring methodologies. The role requires experience in managing treasury operations, excellent communication skills, and the proven ability to lead and mentor teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at calculating distribution waterfalls, preparing detailed memos for stakeholder communications, and coordinating tax audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
