Prior experience providing behavioral support to children or adolescents, especially in educational settings

Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic school environments

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct behavioral interventions and support in one-on-one and small group settings
Collect and record accurate data on student behaviors and skill acquisition
Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and supervisors to reinforce student goals and strategies
Assist in creating a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Communicate progress and concerns effectively to supervising BCBAs and school staff
Participate in ongoing training and professional development as required
