Occupational Therapist (OTR/L, MSOT, OTD) for School Practice in the Phoenix or Tucson Metro Areas
We offer you $90,000/school year ($62.50/hour), year-round salary with 16 weeks off, 5 days PTO (paid out if unused), and 100% paid insurance premiums benefits to you, plus appreciation gifts, bonus trips, and substantial raises each year.
STARS is the largest school contract agency in AZ that has been around for over 25 years. We are a therapy led team with owners being 2 OTs, an SLP, & a School Psychologists. We have been in your shoes working in the schools with the mission to support you & treat you like a STAR!
Salary 2026-2027 School Year:
Occupational Therapist: $90,000 ($62.50/hour)
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant: $55,000 ($38.20/hour)
