QC Analyst I

Position: QC Analyst I Location: 4038 Avenida De La Plata, Oceanside, CA 92056 Duration: 12-month contract (with potential for extension or permanent conversion) Compensation: $21.28 $25.53/hour (W2) Benefits: Weekly pay, medical, dental, and vision coverage Position Summary The QC Analyst I is responsible for performing routine and non-routine testing of the manufacturing environment and in-process commercial products in accordance with established standard operating procedures. This role involves data collection, analysis, and reporting while ensuring compliance with cGMP, GLP, and GDP standards. Key Responsibilities Core Duties Perform routine testing and basic troubleshooting of laboratory assays Conduct microbiological and chemical analyses following established procedures Ensure adherence to cGMP practices across all laboratory activities Collect, process, and accurately document data in electronic systems Compile and review data for reporting and regulatory documentation Evaluate test results for compliance with specifications and investigate discrepancies Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment Collaborate with team members to complete QC sample testing requirements Support data trending, data review, lab upkeep, and onboarding/training of new staff Follow all safety and environmental procedures; promptly report any incidents or near misses Promote and maintain a strong safety culture Additional Responsibilities Participate in team, departmental, and company meetings as required Contribute to routine projects and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelors degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field Minimum of 1 year of relevant laboratory or quality control experience TMNaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
