Bachelors or Masters degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Desired Qualifications: Current and valid School Psychologist certification/licensureMaster’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field Previous experience working in a K-12 school environment (preferred) Comprehensive understanding of special education eligibility, IEP processes, and compliance Strong assessment, counseling, consultation, and intervention skills Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, parents, and administrators Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations Interpret test data and prepare clear, relevant reports Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ emotional well-being Consult with educators, parents, and support staff to address students’ learning and behavioral needs Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and assist in the development and monitoring of IEP goals Implement evidence-based interventions to promote student success Serve as a resource for crisis prevention and intervention Support teachers and staff with classroom strategies and accommodations
