Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. In this position, you’ll work a consistent schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, making a meaningful impact on a caseload of approximately 50-60 students in pre-kindergarten through 2nd grade. Your expertise will support children as they develop crucial communication skills during their formative years. Desired Skills & Experience:Possession of (or eligibility for) a Speech-Language Pathology licenseCertification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomePrevious experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFlexible, collaborative approach with educational teams and familiesCommitment to helping young learners thrive Key Responsibilities:Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students ages pre-K to 2nd gradeDevelop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in accordance with student needsMaintain accurate documentation and progress reportsCollaborate closely with teachers, families, and other support staff to ensure cohesive and effective interventionsParticipate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student successProvide guidance and support to students and families regarding speech-language development and home carryover strategies This full-time, school-based role offers the chance to see your skills in action as you empower students to reach their communication goals.
