Vassar Brothers Medical Center is a state-of-the-art facility featuring a new 752,000 square-foot, eight-level inpatient pavilion, 263 private medical/surgical patient rooms, and 30 critical care rooms. As a Level II, American College of Surgeons–verified Trauma Center, Vassar Brothers Medical Center provides comprehensive and expeditious care for victims of traumatic injuries. Our multidisciplinary trauma team includes:
Board-certified trauma surgeons
Orthopedic surgeons
Neurosurgeons
Emergency medicine physicians
Anesthesiologists
Radiologists
Critical care specialists
Nurses, and rehabilitation experts
The team provides 24-hour immediate coverage to assess and treat patients according to national guidelines, with a focus on maximizing patient recovery and outcomes. Our comprehensive approach includes:

Compensation for this position is a competitive $1,700 for a 24-hour non-restricted call shift.
