We’re hiring a
Senior Product Manager
to join a growing Payments organization focused on building and scaling modern financial products for businesses. This role sits at the intersection of
commercial banking, payments, and credit , and is ideal for someone who understands how money flows through a business—from account setup to card spend to reconciliation.
This is a
contract-to-hire
opportunity with strong long-term potential.
You’ll partner closely with business leaders, engineering, data, and long-tenured stakeholders to define strategy, build business cases, and bring new products to market.
Must Haves
Senior-level Product Manager with strong product fundamentals
Background in
banking, fintech, or financial services
Experience in commercial banking, payments, or commercial credit cards is highly relevant
Proven ability to: Build a product strategy from scratch. Create and present business cases and strategy decks. Communicate clearly at both business unit and executive levels. Be a strong listener who can balance legacy context with forward-looking strategy
Nice to Haves
Ability to pull or work with data from SQL databases
Write or modify basic queries, or clearly define data needs
Experience defining analytical requirements, such as: User segmentation by usage, geography, or behavior. Translating business questions into actionable data requests
