Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Delivery Leadership Consultant specializing in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to join our fun and collaborative team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving successful transformations for our clients by implementing effective change strategies and ensuring organizational readiness. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess project/product management skills and expertise in at least one of the following areas: Agile Frameworks, Product Management, or Process Improvement. The Sr. Delivery Leadership Consultant will be responsible for supporting business development initiatives, delivering thought leadership content, and contributing to the development of our practice strategy.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Organizational Change Management
Develop and own execution of comprehensive change management strategies to support clients in navigating organizational transitions effectively.
Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
Identify resistance at the team and individual level and intervene early.
Support and activate local change champions.
Drive stakeholder alignment through targeted sessions and ongoing engagement.
Design and deliver communication and training plans to facilitate the adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviors.
Provide coaching and support to sponsors, leaders, and stakeholders to drive buy-in and commitment to change initiatives
Track adoption signals, collect feedback, and adjust approach in real time.
Provide/Support Product Management
Lead and support the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation initiatives.
Develop product plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful product delivery.
Monitor product progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.
Agile Methodology/Product Management/Process Improvement
Apply expertise in Agile methodology, product management, or process improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness in client engagements.
Utilize Agile principles to enable iterative and adaptive approaches to project delivery.
Lead workshops and facilitate sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with clients to streamline workflows, optimize resources, and enhance organizational performance.
Business Development
Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, participating in client engagements, and contributing to proposal, statement of work, and change order development.
Cultivate strong client relationships by understanding their needs, challenges, and priorities.
Leverage industry knowledge and insights to position our services and differentiate our offerings in the marketplace.
Thought Leadership and Practice Development
Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, including articles, whitepapers, and presentations on topics related to organizational change management and other disciplines.
Stay on top of industry trends, emerging best practices, and innovative delivery leadership approaches.
Collaborate with team members to develop and refine practice methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
About You

Your knowledge and skillset likely include the following:
7+ years of experience in organizational change management or transformation delivery, including exposure to Agile, product management, or process improvement
5+ years of management consulting experience with a consultancy similar to AIM – possess strong consulting EQ
Experience supporting medium to large transformations across multiple teams simultaneously
Proven ownership of end-to-end OCM workstreams across communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption, with at least 2 to 3 years of operating independently
Experience executing change management for Product or Agile transformations
Experience conducting stakeholder, impact, and readiness analyses and translating insights into actionable plans
Strong experience working with executive stakeholders, including directors and senior leaders, with the ability to influence without authority and drive alignment
Strong collaboration with product, agile, and coaching teams to align change with real delivery workflows, including coaching managers and team leads on adoption
Experience leading trainings, facilitating workshops, and working sessions tied to real delivery, with the ability to develop clear, targeted messaging and executive-ready materials
Demonstrated ability to drive adoption in fast-paced environments by identifying resistance early, adjusting approach based on feedback, and delivery realities
Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage work across multiple teams or overlapping efforts
Experience working alongside coaching or enablement teams
Relevant certifications such as Prosci, Agile, or similar, and a Bachelor’s degree or MBA
The OTE compensation range for this role is $125,000 to $175,000 and is comprised of base salary and bonus with YoY growth. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
