Who you are:
2+ years of program or project management experience within the aerospace or defense industry
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred (or 8+ years of progressive aerospace leadership experience in lieu of a degree)
Strong understanding of technical execution, financial management, and customer-driven program delivery
Comfortable owning P&L responsibility and leading cross-functional teams
What you’ll do:
Lead the full lifecycle of aerospace and defense programs from kickoff through delivery
Develop and manage program plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk
Own financial performance, including P&L accountability and ROI analysis
Serve as the primary customer interface while partnering with Business Development to grow new and existing programs
What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $110,000–$150,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
