RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking a Total Joint Arthroplasty Orthopedic Surgeon to join our growing orthopedic services across Northern New Jersey. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a highly respected orthopedic team supported by a strong referral network, advanced surgical facilities, and a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
The selected surgeon will focus on primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty, practicing within a well-established orthopedic program that emphasizes clinical excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care. This role also offers opportunities to participate in education and clinical research, contributing to the continued growth and advancement of orthopedic services within the region.
Our Northern New Jersey locations provide access to state-of-the-art operating rooms, advanced robotic and joint replacement technology, and comprehensive perioperative support, allowing surgeons to practice at the top of their license.

Candidate Requirements
BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Arthroplasty preferred
New Jersey licensed or eligible for licensure
Interest in clinical research and quality outcomes
Prior teaching experience is preferred
