Why We Exist
Bizly is the enterprise events platform that's quietly become infrastructure for some of the world's largest companies. As their system of record, they trust us to power employee driven events across their organizations. We've processed hundreds of millions in transactions and serve many companies in the Fortune 500.
The hospitality and corporate events market is being rewritten in real time. RFP-based booking is commoditizing. Buyers want transparency, speed, and packaged experiences instead of months-long sourcing cycles and contract complexity. The companies that win the next decade will turn enterprise complexity into something elegant and scalable.
We're bringing on a General Manager to help us make our vision a reality.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an operator who will own the full operating motion of Bizly — targets, systems, culture, and growth — and partner directly with the CEO to set the agenda. Your zone of brilliance is seeing the whole business and building the machine that runs it. You're as comfortable in a Fortune 500 boardroom as you are filling an open seat yourself until you hire your replacement. You manage up to a founder and down to ICs with the same clarity.
The scope is the same either way; the title reflects where you are in your career. We'll bring you in as General Manager if you're earlier in your arc and ready for your first seat at the table. We'll bring you in as COO if you're a more experienced operator stepping into the #2 seat. You're not here to maintain the status quo. You're here to compound our past success into exponential growth.

What You'll Own
The operating system:

Set company targets with the CEO, cascade them to departments and ICs, and design the rhythms, dashboards, and reviews that keep everyone on track.
The culture:

Build a winning culture in partnership with leadership. Standards, accountability, energy.
New monetization:

Bizly's ten years of enterprise relationships are an underpriced asset. Own the work of unlocking new revenue lines across hospitality and the marketplace.
The number:

Own the growth target and be accountable for hitting it.

Abilities.

You see the whole board and know how to sequence it. Quantitative rigor — you turn the slides into a trackable spreadsheet and know how to keep everyone on point. Innate leadership: people follow you because you're clear and you deliver.
Skills.

You've operated meaningful revenue before, ideally inside a marketplace, hospitality, and/or enterprise SaaS business. You've built and run cross-functional teams.
