Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cookie Baker located in Westfield, NJ. The Cookie Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking cookies, developing and maintaining high-quality recipes, and ensuring timely production of baked goods.
Training will be provided with the franchise
Qualifications
Proficiency in Bakery operations with experience in Baking and Cookie-making
Strong skills in Food Preparation and handling
Knowledge and experience with a variety xsgimln of baked goods, including Cookies and Bread
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high production standards
Ability to follow recipes closely and ensure consistent quality
Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate as part of a team
Prior experience in a commercial bakery or kitchen is a plus
