We’re a fast-growing construction team in Largo, MD, specializing in commercial interiors and tenant improvements (TI)—and we’re looking for someone who can lead projects, own the details, and keep everything moving.
What You’ll Do
Lead commercial interior projects from kickoff to close-out
Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
Partner with clients, architects, and field teams
Stay hands-on with site visits (about 70% field / 30% office)
What You Bring
5+ years managing commercial interiors / TI projects
Experience leading teams and multiple projects
Strong financial and operational ownership
Familiarity with retail, office, or commercial fit-outs
DMV market experience is a big plus
