Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-driven
Project Manager
to lead cross-functional initiatives across product development, engineering, integrations, and operations. This role requires hands-on coordination of complex, multi-phase projects involving APIs, microservices, fintech workflows, and user-facing platforms.
This is an
onsite role in Coppell, TX , requiring close collaboration with engineering, product, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for the Invoice Exchange platform (from planning to delivery)
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps
Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple projects
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Track and report project progress, risks, and KPIs to leadership
Work closely with architects and developers on:
API integrations
Event-driven microservices
Cloud-based deployments (AWS or similar)
Ensure alignment with business goals, compliance requirements, and security standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and success metrics
Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
Oversee vendor coordination and third-party integrations (payments, financing, insurance, etc.)
Support go-to-market timelines and product launches
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of project management experience (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or marketplace platforms)
Strong understanding of:
Agile/Scrum methodologies
Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
API-based architectures
Experience managing complex technical projects involving multiple stakeholders
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with fintech platforms (payments, lending, invoice factoring, or exchanges)
Familiarity with:
Microservices architecture
Event-driven systems
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification
Experience working with compliance-heavy systems (financial regulations, data security)
