Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Two immediate openings are available, extending through the 2025–2026 academic year. Youll collaborate with dedicated education professionals, managing a caseload that spans mild to severe diagnoses, ensuring students receive the support they need to thrive. Key Qualifications:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institutionCurrent Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)Eligibility for licensure as an SLP in CaliforniaPrior experience within a school-based setting or with pediatric caseloads strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to manage documentation, conduct screenings/evaluations, and develop intervention plansEffective communication, team collaboration, and case management skills Primary Responsibilities:Deliver direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to K-12 students with diverse needsConduct comprehensive evaluations and maintain up-to-date records/documentationDevelop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)Provide ongoing case management and collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teamsParticipate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessionsHelp foster a supportive, inclusive educational environment for students of all abilities This role features a 37.5-hour workweek with consistent support from school leadership, technology resources, and opportunities for ongoing professional development.
