Accounting Manager (Fort Worth)

Financial Additions has partnered with an established Aviation company looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the full cycle accounting operation
Ensure accurate financial reporting and preparation of monthly financial statements using QuickBooks
Recording all income and expense transactions, client invoices and payments, recording vendor invoices and payments, preparing journal entries, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations and reconciliations of assets and liabilities
Review of federal and state quarterly and annual payroll tax reports and Forms W-2
Coordination of federal income tax and Texas franchise tax preparation with outside CPA firm
HR administration including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, employee relations

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors Degree
Experience with full cycle accounting
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or other ERP system
Human Resources Background
Stable Tenure Desired
