The Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies (OCR) is seeking a BE/BC Hand and Microvascular Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Surgeon to join our physician-owned group. Located in Northern Colorado, OCR is one the region’s largest independent orthopedic practice serving patients from Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, and beyond. This is a partnership track position with opportunity to participate as an owner in multiple growing ancillaries and real estate investments.
OCR’s Trauma Program provides 24/7/365 orthopedic trauma coverage to Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, CO (Level I), Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, CO (Level III with a Free Standing ED), and UCHealth Greeley Hospital in Greeley, CO (Level III with a Free Standing ED). OCR’s Trauma program also includes a separate full-time hand/microvascular call schedule and a separate Podiatry call schedule. OCR’s Trauma Team is further supported by a team of 14 OCR employed Trauma PAs, providing coverage 24/7/365.

OCR was founded in 1969 (56+ years) in Fort Collins, CO, and has six medical campuses in Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Longmont, Lafayette, and Westminster. OCR serves patients from the regions of Northern Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska.
Applicants must be board certified/eligible fellowship trained in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery or actively in fellowship. Rapid growth and regional demand allow this to be an immediately full-time Orthopedic hand practice, within a team of four providers in the hand division.
