Clinical Scope & Procedures:
I&D of scrotal abscess
Prostate biopsies
Cystoscopies
Circumcision / dorsal slit
Vasectomy
TURP
TURBT
Cystoscopy with laser lithotripsy, stone extraction, and stent placement
Hydrocelectomy
Varicocelectomy
Excision of penile cancers
Surgical treatment of condylomas
Nephrectomy
Ureteroscopy
Lithotripsy
Orchiectomy
Urethral dilatation
Management of gross hematuria
Additional GU procedures as clinically indicated
Clinic & Procedure Volumes:
Cysto Room: ~6 patients per session
Biopsy Clinic: ~5 patients per session
General Urology Clinic: ~14–16 patients per day
Clinic and minor procedures occur outside of operative time
OR days are assigned, with clinic scheduling determined once the provider joins the tea
Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited institution
Completion of Urology residency training at a U.S.‑accredited program (required)
Board certification is not required
Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (any state accepted)
U.S. citizenship required (per VA hiring regulations)
