Overview
The VP of Charter leads the yacht charter business - owning revenue, client relationships, and charter delivery. Based in Miami, this role is focused on growing a high-value client base and ensuring every charter experience meets top luxury standards.

What You’ll Do
Drive revenue: Set sales strategy, close high-value charters, and grow a strong UHNW client pipeline
Own relationships: Manage key clients, brokers, owners, and central agents
Oversee charters: Ensure smooth execution from inquiry to post-charter follow-up
Lead the team: Build and manage a high-performing broker and support team
Shape strategy: Refine pricing, fleet positioning, and market expansion
Ensure compliance: Stay aligned with maritime standards and authorities such as the United States Coast Guard
Own performance: Manage P&L, forecasts, and revenue targets

What You Bring
5-10+ years in yacht charter, brokerage, or luxury travel
Track record of closing high-value charters
Established network of clients, yacht owners, and industry partners
Deep understanding of charter agreements, MYBA terms, and market dynamics
Hands-on leadership style with strong commercial instincts
Experience with leading yacht brokerages
