Senior Project Manager – Water & Wastewater Infrastructure
Compensation:
$120k - $220k Base Salary + Bi-Annual Bonus (3%-10%)

Monday to Friday

Our client is a rapidly expanding Civil Engineering firm that delivers water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure solutions across the Western United States. They have now reached their next stage of growth where they are looking to add an experienced and skilled Project Manager to their water / wastewater team.

The Responsibilities:
Lead planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater conveyance projects
Manage multi‑disciplinary teams, project schedules, and budgets
Perform and oversee hydraulic analysis, system modeling, and engineering calculations
Review drawings, specifications, and technical reports for quality and compliance
Coordinate with clients, regulators, contractors, and vendors
Support permitting, construction administration, and field activities
Contribute to proposals and ongoing client relationships
The Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering discipline
5+ years of relevant water or wastewater engineering experience
2+ years of experience leading projects and teams within the industry
Strong background surrounding water and wastewater conveyance projects
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license; California preferred
Proven knowledge of CAD software to design wastewater systems
