This Senior Construction Project Manager / PMO Lead role is responsible for overseeing complex projects and programs, ensuring consistent execution, strong governance, and high‑quality outcomes across multiple locations. The position leads planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery while serving as a primary point of coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
The role provides leadership and direction to project teams, setting standards for reporting, quality control, and risk management. Success requires strong organizational skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and confidence operating in global environments with varying project requirements. This individual plays a key role in maintaining delivery discipline, improving processes, and supporting organizational change through structured project management practices. International travel is a core component of the position.

Leading schedules, budgets, forecasting, and execution strategies
Establishing governance, reporting cadence, and delivery standards
