Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. What we’re seeking:Current or eligible Virginia State SLP licensureASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to applyExperience or interest in working within school environments and with K-12 populationsStrong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skillsAbility to adapt therapy and intervention strategies to a diverse caseloadReliable, team-oriented, and organized professionals Key responsibilities:Deliver speech-language pathology services to a diverse K-12 student populationConduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)Collaborate with multidisciplinary school staff, parents, and administratorsMaintain accurate therapy logs, documentation, and progress reports in accordance with school and state requirementsDevelop and implement interventions to support student communication and language developmentParticipate in IEP meetings and related staffing as needed If you are passionate about supporting students in their communication growth and want to work in a collaborative educational environment, this is your chance to make a difference!
