Qualifications:Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programState licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language PathologistCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferredExperience working in school environments or with pediatric populationsStrong collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teamsAbility to develop engaging and effective therapy plans tailored to student needs Responsibilities:Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among studentsDevelop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and familiesProvide direct and consultative speech therapy services in group and individual formatsMaintain thorough assessment documentation and progress reports according to district and compliance standardsParticipate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute insights to support each student’s educational journeyAdvise and collaborate with teachers and staff to foster inclusive, communicative classroom environments This contract role offers a dynamic, supportive environment where your expertise will be valued as you help students achieve communication milestones.
