PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITIONPURPOSE:

TheCaptains Club is a private boat club operated out of the Marina at the Lodge atWhitefish Lake. Our members gain access to a fleet of high-end boats, withoutthe hassle and cost of typical boat ownership while enjoying concierge-styleservice from our dedicated crew.

Aswe head into the 2026 season, Captains Club continues to grow and evolve. Weare looking for a crew that is excited to serve our members and help deliverthe exceptional, luxury boating experience that defines The Captains Club.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about providingexceptional customer service, building relationships with our members, andhaving an eye for detail to ensure five-star service. Dock attendants willfacilitate member outings, efficiently communicate with members and otherstaff, and act as an advocate for The Captains Club.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Maintain aprofessional image
Provide exceptionalcustomer service
Maintain excellentknowledge of the club, its offerings, and the ability to recommend and guideguests in safe boating practices
Must be comfortablelearning new computer software to track members reservations, requests, andboat usage
Perform all opening,side work, and closing duties accurately and completely
Maintain a cleanworkspace
Must be comfortablearound boats and willing to obtain knowledge of safe boating operation as wellas in-depth understanding of how to operate our fleet
DAILY TASKS:

Set up Captains Clubstand
Review "TodaysReservations" within reservation software
Detail and prepareboats for "Todays Reservations"
Conduct thorough boatinspections and safety equipment inspections
Prepare all requestedfood and beverage items before members arrival and have it stocked on the boat
Check members in andout for their reservation within reservation software
Track and managedamage or incidents as they arise
Assist members inboarding boats and departing from dock
Provide safety speechand operational review of boats for each outing
Assist members inreturning to dock and deboarding boats
Be available to act asa concierge for our members and willing to go above and beyond to create uniqueexperiences
Fuel boats and detailafter each outing
Communicate withmembers on boat availability
Promote and enforceall club rules and regulations
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ANDABILITY:

Must be organized anddetail oriented
Must be punctual andarrive at work on time and in accordance with posted schedule
Ability to move aroundthe docks and get in and out of boats for cleaning and maintenance
Follow and respond tomanagement instruction and direction
Desire to provideexceptional member experience and have an eye for detail regarding boatcleanliness and maintenance
Be willing and able tooperate a boat in, and around, crowded dock areas
Experience orknowledge of boating, safe practices, and boat operation is desired

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

HighschoolDiploma, or GED/vocational training, or job-related experience

Experience / Licenses or certificates

Must have experiencemaneuvering and docking boats
Have knowledge of safeboating practices and understand operation of boats to the extent you can teachmembers how to operate a vessel
Must have a validdrivers license
