Case Pick Order Selector

ccountability:
This position reports to the Operations Supervisor.
Job Function/Responsibilities:
Demonstrate the ability to safely operate material handling equipment in a warehouse
environment.
Stretch wrap finished product as required.
Maintain a clean, safe and tour ready facility.
Assist in cycle counting and physical inventories as required.
Assist in researching inventory discrepancies as required.
Operates WMS devices.
Meets and exceeds established GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and adhere to Policies and Procedures Manual.
Safely and accurately locate and pick product.
Ability to safely palletize/hand stack product
Safely and accurately record inventory transactions in RF scanning device.
Responsible for verifying truck and product temperatures meet standards.
Responsible for accurate, safe and damage free, movement of product
Notify supervisor of any discrepancies in any areas of the responsibilities.
Follow up with inventory control on inventory related issues.
Responsible for general housekeeping of work areas and work equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Must have 1 year exp operating in order selection/pick-pack function
High reach experience preferred
Order selection experience preferred
Previous experience on material handling equipment and WMS / RF preferred.
Attention to detail and good mathematical skills required
Experience in a freezer / cooler environment preferred.
Must possess excellent time management skills and be very organized.
Willingness to work overtime and holidays.
Ability to lift 40-60 lbs continuously.
Must be able to be Lift Truck Operator Certified.
Is open to variance in shifts to include temporary shift changes, overtime and scheduled changes.
Must be able to safely reach/select from a pallet 6 feet tall
Must be able to safely stack/layer product 40-60 lbs. on a pallet
Ability to lift 40-60 lbs continuously above shoulders
Prolonged standing and walking
Bending, stooping, and reaching is required in this position
