Care Coordinator
who thrives in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. You’ll oversee Direct Support Professionals, collaborate with families and Regional Centers, and ensure every client receives high-quality, compassionate care.

Competitive compensation: $23.00–$25.00/hour
Required Availability- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm evenings and weekends as needed.

Your Role:
Supervise and coach DSPs to deliver exceptional services
Ensure families receive consistent, high-quality care
Collaborate with Regional Centers, clients, and behavioral agencies
Conduct staff meetings, professional development, and utilization reviews
Provide clinical guidance and mentorship
Maintain accurate documentation and communication
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year clinical experience working with individuals with diverse needs
Supervisory experience (preferred)
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Comfortable in diverse home environments and culturally responsive
Bilingual Spanish Required
Education & Certifications:
High School Diploma/GED required; pursuing bachelor’s degree preferred
Must pass background check/Live Scan
TB clearance, CPR/First Aid, and Crisis Prevention Certification
