Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
Greeting customers with a smile and helping them feel at home
Managing student enrollments, processing payments, and keeping things organized
Answering questions and supporting parents with lesson schedules and registrations
Learning our swim curriculum so you can confidently guide families through the process
Using creativity and empathy to solve customer challenges with a can-do attitude
Working a consistent schedule that includes evenings and weekends
Staying active on the job - think of it as your gym replacement! You will be on your feet, moving, and occasionally lifting merchandise or equipment
Your Schedule:
Set shifts that include evenings and weekends
Great hours for students and part-timers
Want extra hours or variety in your day? You will get priority for extra shifts if you are open to cross-training as a swim instructor!

Pay Range
USD $15.00 - USD $18.75 /Hr.

What You'll Earn:
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.75 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and certifications.
Entry-level team members start at the beginning of the pay range, with regular opportunities for pay increases as they grow.
