Role Overview
Santander is seeking a
Senior Integrations Developer (ServiceNow SecOps)
to support a high-impact
cybersecurity initiative
focused on integrating vulnerability scanning platforms with
ServiceNow (SNOW) .
This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating solutions that
automate the end-to-end vulnerability remediation lifecycle , ensuring that security findings are transformed into actionable ServiceNow tickets for tracking, SLA management, and reporting.
You will collaborate closely with
cybersecurity, IT operations, and ServiceNow platform teams , bringing strong SecOps expertise and integration design capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and validate
ServiceNow integrations
for vulnerability scanning platforms
Automate vulnerability remediation lifecycle, including:
Ticket creation in ServiceNow
End-to-end remediation tracking
SLA monitoring and reporting
Configure and manage
ServiceNow SecOps modules , including Vulnerability Response
Build and maintain
ServiceNow workflows
for detection, triage, remediation, and closure
Collaborate with cybersecurity & IT operations teams to align with security standards
Perform
technical validation, troubleshooting, and optimization
of integrations
Ensure
scalability, data accuracy, and audit readiness
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
5-10 years of professional experience (minimum 5+ years required)
Strong hands-on experience with:
ServiceNow SecOps
ServiceNow Vulnerability Response
ServiceNow workflow development
Proven experience designing and implementing
ServiceNow integrations
in enterprise environments
Experience working with
cross-functional teams
in cybersecurity and IT operations
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with
vulnerability management tools and processes
Exposure to platforms such as
Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7 , or similar
Bilingual
Spanish / English
(plus, not mandatory)
