Principal QA will provide status to the leads, how many defects etc, track in ALM system

TOSCA IS KEY (NO OTHER TOOL WILL BE ACCEPTED)
Automation scripting is key, must be able to teach people this as well.
S4 is a plus but ECC is also fine, must have one of these. (able to understand so they can automate test cases)

Will consider ECC but strong automation with Tosca (script creation etc)
Update status on test scripts, progress they're making, KT with the team etc.
Work with functional team to capture regression testing
Principal QA Automation Engineer:
Developing test plans & Test scenarios
SAP modules - 4 modules:
SD (Sales & Distribution), Order to Cash, MM (Materials Management), Fico (Finance & HR) - should have in-depth SAP module experience
Designing and building automation scripts
Uses Tosca
Someone who has done automation tools like UFT, Worksoft, Toska, or similar - must have at least 1 certification in one of these
Converting from SAP ECC to SAP S4 Hana - anyone who has done an upgrade to SAP S4 Hana would be great - should have at least 1 project where they did so
Proficiency in programming languages to interface downstream and upstream SAP Systems - ABAP (SAP language) is key as well as Java or C# being good to have
They are building out their automation team
Could be someone who has not as much leadership experience but will take someone who has developed automation and power automation frameworks from end-to-end
Leadership & Hands on:
eventually this person will be a manager and managing others as they grow within the organization
