Your Mission & Key Responsibilities
As a Concrete Pump Operator at SRM Concrete, your mission is to ensure the safe, efficient, and precise delivery of concrete to our valued customers. You will:
Operate and maintain concrete pump trucks, ensuring safe setup and accurate delivery of concrete to construction sites
Collaborate with site teams to expertly fill forms, columns, walls, and floors according to project specifications
Perform regular maintenance checks and minor repairs on pump trucks and related equipment to maximize uptime and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues on-site, keeping projects on schedule
Follow all safety regulations and best practices for concrete pumping and construction site operations
Maintain detailed records of daily operations, including delivery volumes, vehicle maintenance, and any incidents
Coordinate with construction managers and crews to optimize pour schedules and address any concerns
Mentor and support new team members, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and excellence

Proven experience as a Concrete Pump Operator or similar role in the construction industry
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
Strong understanding of concrete properties, pump truck mechanics, and preventive maintenance

Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
