ROLE_DESCRIPTION:
"Develop and maintain applications: Write, test, and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable Java code for server-side logic.
Design and build APIs: Develop and implement robust APIs, including RESTful APIs and microservices, for seamless front-end and back-end communication.
Manage databases: Work with relational and NoSQL databases for data storage, including database design, implementation, and optimization.
Collaborate with teams: Work closely with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and integrate server-side logic with user-facing elements.
Ensure performance and security: Optimize applications for speed and scalability, and implement security best practices to protect the application and its data.
Troubleshoot and debug: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues in the backend systems in a timely manner.
Write and maintain tests: Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
