ImageCare Radiology
Seeking two Full-Time Front Desk Associates for our Newton office. All new hires are required to attend first-day orientation at our Mount Olive office before reporting to their assigned work location or training site.
SCHEDULES
Schedule 1: Tuesday - Friday, 9:30AM - 6:00PM and Saturdays, 7:45AM - 4:00PM.
Schedule 2: Tuesday - Friday, 10:30AM - 7:00PM and Saturdays, 8:00AM - 4:00PM.
Initial training days and times will be discussed and agreed upon between the manager/supervisor and the employee. (Training for both schedules will be Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4:30PM. (Training usually lasts for 4-6 weeks, depending on the individual))
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The Front Desk Associates will act as the representatives of ImageCare, interacting directly with our patients and providing excellent customer service and patient care. Responsibilities include checking patients in and providing all necessary paperwork upon arrival for their appointments. The ideal candidate is reliable and professional, has excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time. Experience and knowledge of the medical field highly preferred.
