What We're Looking For
We're searching for a confident, upbeat, and customer-focused Front Desk Concierge who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The perfect candidate is someone who loves connecting with guests, understands the power of first impressions, and enjoys supporting both the guest experience and the team.
You'll be a great fit if you:
• Can clearly explain why Frenchies doesn't offer certain harmful services like the competition-while confidently highlighting the benefits of what we do offer
• Are excited to be a consultant and describe the unique benefits of our
service and retail products
• Enjoy giving new guests
tours of the studio , pointing out what makes Frenchies different from the competition
• Feel confident
selling memberships and retail products
to guests and aren't intimidated by sales conversations
• Are comfortable
suggesting rebooking timeframes
and promoting in-store specials or seasonal offers
• Stay organized and upbeat while
juggling multiple tasks
throughout the day
• Radiate positivity and make every guest feel welcomed, appreciated, and excited to return

high-end or luxury spa
environment
• You have experience in a
membership-based
salon, spa, or fitness studio
Our Schedule
Mondays - Saturdays: 9am - 7pm
Sunday: 10am - 6pm
Responsibilities
Warmly greet guests and assist them with checking in and out
Efficiently handle appointment scheduling and phone inquiries
Uphold salon cleanliness and maintain our high standards
Educate guests on the Frenchies Way and ensure a seamless experience
Inform guests about the benefits of the Frenchies Polish Pass program, encouraging enrollment
Provide attentive service throughout guests' visits to enhance comfort
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years in customer service
Preferred experience in a receptionist or concierge role
Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor
Excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive work ethic
A friendly, team-oriented attitude

Frenchies takes clean to the next level by using sanitation and sterilization techniques that go beyond industry standards and regulations to guarantee a clean, fresh, comfortable guest experience that's also kind to the environment
