
Microsoft Dynamics Architect - Vice President

About the Role
iCapital is looking for a visionary Platform Architect who doesn't just design systems, they shape how an enterprise operates at scale. This role will own the end-to-end architecture, launch, and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across iCapital, driving real business outcomes at the intersection of technology, operations, and client experience. This is a high-impact leadership position where this individual will set the strategic direction, build scalable foundations, and influence how hundreds of users and clients interact with iCapital globally.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term strategy for the Dynamics platform to drive client satisfaction, achieve global adoption, and maximize agent success.
Oversee solution design for new implementations and major enhancements; establish integration patterns with SaaS platforms and internal systems.
Own and enforce governance standards for Dynamics customization and security. Maintain a thorough understanding of evolving global data privacy and protection regulations, ensuring the platform remains compliant and aligned with industry standards across all operating regions.
Ensure performance tuning, resiliency planning, and high availability across all environments.
Influence product feature prioritization by articulating customer context, business impact, and strategic importance to senior leadership.
Serve as the primary liaison for strategic vendor relationships, including Microsoft and Avanade.
Evaluate and integrate advanced AI tools and frameworks to accelerate development and deployment. Contribute to the development of internal libraries, best practices, and reusable components for agentic systems.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, with a minimum of 4 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Contact Center is preferred
Proven track record of leading large-scale Dynamics implementations in a global environment
Deep expertise in Power Platform, Azure integration services, and data migration strategies
Strong leadership presence with exceptional communication skills suited for executive-level engagement
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $185,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
