to support the MassHealth Enrollment Center in Worcester, MA. This is a
front-facing, fast-paced role

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors and members professionally
Answer and route incoming telephone calls
Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence
Maintain and organize files using standard filing systems
Scan and index documents using Captiva system
Prepare forms, reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence (Word & Excel)
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Respond to inquiries and provide general information
Operate office equipment (copiers, fax, postage machines, etc.)
Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory management
Support team coordination, scheduling, and workflow tracking
Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents and applications
Required Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of office, administrative, or clerical experience
Proficiency in
Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong
data entry and record-keeping skills
Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills
Ability to handle a
front desk / customer-facing role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a
team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Comfortable using office equipment and computer systems
Preferred Skills
Experience in
government, healthcare, or public service environments
Knowledge of
document management systems (e.g., Captiva)
Familiarity with
mailroom and records processing operations
Education Substitutions
Relevant education in business, administrative, or secretarial studies may substitute for a portion of required experience.
