Upgrade SQL Server environments from versions 2016/2019 to SQL Server 2022, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Build and configure new SQL Server 2022 instances tailored to organizational needs.
Manage database backup, recovery, and storage processes to safeguard data integrity and availability.
Monitor systems proactively, identify failures, and implement effective solutions to maintain system reliability.
Support application teams by troubleshooting issues and optimizing database performance.
What's Needed?
5+ years of experience working with SQL Server environments.
Hands-on experience with SQL Server 2016, 2019, and 2022, including upgrades and server builds.
Proficiency with SQL Server Replication, SSIS, and SSRS.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to support cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.
