About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Informatica Developer

with strong hands-on expertise in

PowerCenter

and

Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) . The ideal candidate will have a solid background in

data integration, big data technologies, and distributed computing . This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing ETL workflows while working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and debug Informatica workflows using

PowerCenter

and

PowerExchange CDC tools .
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data integration solutions ensuring scalability, reliability, and data quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve ETL issues; debug, tune, and optimize code for high performance.
Perform gap analysis, review existing jobs, and implement performance enhancements.
Manage new requirements, enhancements, and production support in Agile/POD methodology.
Document all ETL mappings, sessions, workflows, and design processes.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment with enterprise data strategies.
Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience

in data engineering, big data, and distributed computing.
Strong hands-on experience with

Informatica PowerCenter

and

IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services) .
Proficiency in

PySpark, Apache Spark, and Python

for data processing.
Strong SQL and NoSQL skills (DB2, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, etc.).
Experience in

data modeling

and

ETL workflow design .
Proficiency with workflow schedulers like

Apache Airflow .
Hands-on experience with

AWS cloud-based data platforms .
Exposure to

DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning expertise.
Experience working in

Agile/Scrum

methodology.
