IT Security Specialist

SUMMARY : Manage and support various IT Security centric applications with multiple sites, and complex enterprise application requirements.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Support and maintain IT applications and systems in support of the IT Security group
• Work with enterprise architects, developers, and support staff to design optimal security practices when developing new application requirements
• Mitigate security risks associated with systems and applications, which have a high technical complexity and/or involve significant challenges to the business
• Knowledge of application security technical controls and common vulnerabilities
• Experience in PCI compliance, or similar compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with enterprise level applications
• Experience with intrusion detection and virus protection
• Experience with Cloud, Hybrid Cloud and On-premise security designs
• CISSP, Security+, or related information security certifications preferred
